CDL-A Company Driver Wanted – Home Weekly – West Monroe, LA

Steady pay home every week running the Memphis Regional Fleet.

What You Make:

• Average $1200 to $1500/week
• Mileage pay based on experience
• Guaranteed minimum pay on short-haul loads under 300 miles
• Drive to Thrive performance bonus up to 3 CPM
• Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
• Layover/breakdown: $100/day
• Sign-on: $3000 total ($1500 at 90 days $1500 at 6 months)

The Route:

• Weekly home time 34-hour reset
• 1800 miles weekly average
• No-touch freight: 50 to 60% drop and hook rest live unload
• 2021 Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

Youll Need:

• Age 21 Class A CDL from one state license held 12 months
• 3 months T/T experience (40ft) in last 36 months or Extended Road Test path
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years no preventable accidents in 5 years
• No more than 3 jobs in last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI within 10 years
• Must pass drug test and DOT physical

Trainer Program: 1 year OTR experience 30 days with the company guaranteed $250/week plus mileage bonuses $20000/year potential.
