Who We Seek
We seek an Infant/Toddler Teacher who will work under the guidance of the Lead Infant Teacher to provide a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for infants.
This role supports the education daily care and well-being of children while incorporating RFK Community Alliances promise and principles as well as developmentally appropriate practices aligned with NAEYC standards.

You are a sensitive mature and caring team player who relates well to both children and adults
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities includecare and supervision of children teaching family partnerships professionalism and professional development
- Participate in trainings workshops and professional development required by EEC and the program
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) qualifications for the position
- Infant/Toddler Teacher certification by EEC required
- Experience working with infants preferred
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associates degree or CDA preferred
Shift
- 40 hours per week MondayFriday
Hours of Operation: 7:30 AM5:30 PM
