Description:
As an Integration Architect you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution. You will drive client discussions to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions. Your activities will include mapping business processes to support applications defining data entities selecting integration technology components and patterns and designing the integration architecture. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Oracle for Utilities Retail is required. Intermediate proficiency in Conversion Architecture & Development Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions and Integration Architecture Security is suggested. Lead the design and implementation of integration frameworks that align with business objectives and technical standards. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet both current and future business needs. Evaluate and recommend integration technologies and tools to enhance system interoperability and performance. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Analyze complex integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to optimize processes and data flow.

Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end integration and conversion solutions mapping complex business processes to supporting applications.

Drive high-level client and stakeholder discussions to define integration requirements and translate strategic needs into solid technical blueprints. Lead the design evaluation and implementation of integration frameworks and tools to enhance overall system interoperability and performance.

Act as a technical mentor to guide team members foster a collaborative environment and take ownership of critical cross-functional architecture decisions.

Qualifications:

Extensive functional and technical architecture experience focused on Oracle for Utilities Retail systems.

Strong background in Conversion Architecture & Development including data entities definition and data mapping methodologies.

Deep knowledge of Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions including selecting appropriate integration components and security patterns.

Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing technical teams and driving cross-functional alignment.

Must be comfortable working in a remote capacity with flexibility for light travel as required by the business.
