Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced instructor to deliver hands-on training in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA PLM for aerospace design applications covering part design product configuration release management and manufacturing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction in CATIA V5 Part Design Sketcher Surface Design Structural Analysis Aerospace Sheet Metal Design and ENOVIA LCA.
- Teach fully constrained sketching sketch-based solids dress-up features wireframe and surface geometry formulas and parameters and basic finite element analysis.
- Teach aerospace sheet metal design techniques including flanges joggles corner reliefs cutouts stamps holes chamfers patterns folded and flattened parts and manufacturing drawings.
- Train students on product assembly and configuration in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA including part reuse interface modeling (RLMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) workflows.
- Guide students through Product Definition (PD) creation change management release processes and approval workflows in ENOVIA.
Location & Schedule
- In-person training in Charleston SC.
- Class start time is likely 6:00 AM EST based on past Charleston sessions; instructors should plan to arrive by 5:30 AM EST to allow for onsite setup and parking which can be limited.
- Client is open to candidates from other states who are willing to travel to Charleston for extended those cases travel and lodging would be reimbursed in accordance with GSA rates.
- Please note that candidates should be aware they will be responsible for covering their travel expenses upfront using their personal credit cards and submitting expense reports for reimbursement.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with CATIA V5 including Part Design Sketcher Surface Design Structural Analysis and Aerospace Sheet Metal Design.
- Working knowledge of ENOVIA LCA product lifecycle management configuration management and engineering release processes.
- Aerospace industry experience a plus.
- Prior technical training or instructional experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
