Title: RN Cath Lab Holding / Prep & Recovery

Location: Columbia South Carolina

Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)

Schedule: Day Shift 4x10-Hour Shifts
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Shift Options:

• 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

• 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

• 8:00 AM 6:30 PM

• 9:00 AM 7:30 PM

• 10:00 AM 8:30 PM

No Weekends No Set Schedule

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a Cath Lab Holding / Prep & Recovery setting. This role focuses on preparing patients for cardiac procedures and providing post-procedure recovery care. This is not a Cath Lab procedure room position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-procedure patient assessments and preparation

• Monitor patients before and after cardiac procedures

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Assess and document patient responses to treatment

• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and recovery

• Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition

• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

• Ensure compliance with patient safety infection control and hospital protocols

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care throughout the recovery process

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN License

• BLS Certification

• Recent acute care nursing experience

• Strong cardiac assessment and monitoring skills

• Excellent communication and patient care abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cath Lab Holding Recovery PACU Telemetry or Cardiac Care experience

• Experience with electronic medical records
