Full-Time Early Morning Schedule Catering Production

Miles Table Catering is growing and were looking for a dependable organized team member to help lead daily production from our South Philadelphia commissary kitchen.

This is more than a prep cook position. Youll help ensure our catering orders are produced accurately on time and to the quality our clients expect. Youll work alongside a team that values accountability consistency and pride in what we do.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily catering food production for drop-off and full-service events.
• Prepare menu items by following standardized recipes and production sheets.
• Help maintain inventory and communicate product needs before we run low.
• Ensure recipes portions and presentation remain consistent.
• Coach and support team members in following recipes and production standards.
• Organize and package catering orders accurately.
• Coordinate completion times with our delivery team so every order leaves on schedule.
• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary kitchen at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help create an efficient positive team-first work environment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 56 days per week
• Some Sundays required
• Typical start time: 5:00 AM
• Early mornings with afternoon finish times
