Catering & Event Manager (Base+ Commission)

This is a hybrid role focused on outside sales client relationships and event planning. If youre motivated by connecting with people closing sales and making events come to life wed love to meet you.

• Grow our catering business through B2B sales networking and cold calling.
• Respond to catering inquiries and meet with prospective clients.
• Build lasting relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Plan and coordinate catering orders and special events.
• Help develop new event ideas and catering opportunities for the restaurant.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through event completion.

• Sales experience preferred (B2B or outside sales is a plus).
• Restaurant hospitality or event planning experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication organization and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and comfortable prospecting for new business.

• $20000 guaranteed base salary
• Commission with earning potential up to $60000 annually
• Hybrid position with a flexible schedule (40-hour work week)
