As our Catering Coordinator youll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our catering operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing all catering orders from initial inquiry to successful delivery.
• Communicating with customers to confirm order details timelines and special requests.
• Overseeing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for catering and restaurant operations.
• Assisting with staff scheduling and coordinating labor needs for catering events.
• Collaborating with restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Maintaining accurate records of catering orders inventory and schedules.
• Building relationships with local businesses schools and organizations to grow catering sales.
• Ensuring all catering orders meet Nick the Greeks high standards for quality and service.
• Assisting with delivery logistics and event setup as needed.

Were seeking a candidate who brings a combination of experience skills and enthusiasm to the role. Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 1 year of experience in catering restaurant operations hospitality or event coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer and scheduling systems.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Experience with inventory management and staff scheduling. - Familiarity with restaurant or catering operations.
