Hours: 6.0 hrs 7:30-1:30

Position: Hot veggie cook/ Whats Hot server

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Production:

• HACCP documentation logs
• Prepare all hot veggies and/or potatoes macaroni and cheeseand rice
• Prepare for the next day when possible
• Help veggie cup/salad person when time allows
• Clean and sanitize your prep area
• Run ice scoop and buckets through dish machine
• Place food order on Mondays for Wednesdays
• Mondays and Wednesdays help put stock away

Service:

• Serve Whats Hot line
• Between lines check all veggies to see if more need to be prepared

Closing Task:

• Daily weekly and monthly cleaning
• Other tasks deemed appropriate by the manager.
• Help wipe tables in cafeteria after final lunch
• Cool veggies and record production
• Clean serving line 2 area

All positions will start at $13.00 per hour duringashort training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of
training andpositive review from manager.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
