Safeguard Our Guests & Team
Serve as a vigilant and approachable protector ensuring the safety of guests employees and property. Your awareness and professionalism will help maintain a secure atmosphere on the gaming floor and throughout the facility.
Support Gaming Integrity
Use your strong observation skills to monitor gaming activities uphold fairness and identify when intervention is needed. Youll play an essential role in maintaining the trust and confidence our guests expect.
Act as a Security Professional
Enforce Port Gamble SKlallam Gaming Enterprise policies and regulatory requirements. Youll partner with management and team members to address concerns through clear communication and swift appropriate responses.
Handle Sensitive Responsibilities
Assist with secure access to restricted areas and support the transfer of gaming materials funds and important documentation-tasks that rely on integrity confidentiality and attention to detail.
Represent Our Commitment to Hospitality

Experience & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of security or law enforcement experience preferred
Gaming experience is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Washington State Drivers License

Commitment & Requirements
Ability to work all shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to obtain required gaming licenses (Class III-WSGC and Class II-PGST)
Must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug and alcohol test
