Responsibilities:

Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through increased visitation and play consolidation of players.
Creates loyalty among valued customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques.
Creates a fun-filled welcoming experience for guests.
Maintains close ties with guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
Greets charter arrivals at Atlantic City airport.
Greets guests upon check-in/ check-out in the casino and participates in special events.
Anticipates guests needs and quickly responds to guests requests to arrange transportation and accommodations.
Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines.
Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm professional and prudent manner.
Fully complies with all applicable rules regulations laws and policies and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Diverse fast-paced deadline driven multi-project coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
