This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule in a professional fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers with a friendly professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process customer payments accurately
• Balance daily cash and credit card transactions
• Prepare receipts and paperwork
• Assist the service and sales departments with administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized front reception area
• File documents and assist with light office duties
• Provide outstanding customer service to every guest

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous cashier receptionist retail or customer service experience preferred but were willing to train the right person

• Part-Time
• Approximately20-30 hours per week
• Evening and Saturday availability preferred
