CashierProcessing Clerk

Are you a friendly motivated individual with a passion for customer service Dan Wolf Automotive is looking for a full-time cashier to join our team!

In this role you will be responsible for handling customer transactions providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable has strong communication skills and can work efficiently under pressure.

Our full-time position works 4 weekdays and Saturdays with one weekday and Sundays off. Open Availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a professional manner
• Assists the accounting office with various clerical and admin duties as needed
• Admin duties include scanning filing and other tasks as needed
• Friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Receives cash checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount receivedon the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Records totals of counter tickets and repair orders verifies against all cashchecks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Refers customers who have additional questions to theservice advisor or other appropriate individual
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customerto the appropriate individual for further communication

• Demonstrate superior customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming guest experience
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to workevenings and weekends
