We are looking for a friendly reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers handling transactions promoting products or services and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in English and Spanish
- Process cash credit card and other payment transactions accurately
- Answer customer questions about products services pricing and promotions
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs
- Maintain a clean organized and presentable sales area
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory as needed
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Follow company policies procedures and cash-handling guidelines
- Support the team with daily store operations

- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous cashier retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Friendly professional and customer-service oriented
- Reliable punctual and able to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic store duties
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
