Responsibilities

• Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
• Answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution
• Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
• Ability to effectively communicate customer interests needs and requests to management and other personnel
• Professional appearance
