• Stock all food and supplies daily as assigned to meet the needs of the retail operation.
• Act as a liaison for the Nutrition Department and St. Elizabeth Healthcare when serving customers and associates. Process orders accurately and offer assistance as needed. Communicates in a professional caring manner when serving customers.
• Efficient handling of cash register duties and follow proper accounting and cash handling practices to provide accuracy with all transactions and follows all opening and closing procedures.
• Perform cleaning tasks and duties to meet high quality standards that create a welcoming and fresh presentation in the serving and dining areas playing close attention to details.
• Compliance with all local state federal and medical center regulatory safety sanitation and security standards. Participate in performance improvement (PI) studies; assist with data collection and supports action plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Specialized Knowledge:

• Cash register operation
• Add and subtract accurately and complete cashiers reports

Kind and Length of Experience:

• Cashier waitress/waiter or retail store sales for six (6) months.
