Night Cashier Part-Time

Westfield Ford Inc is seeking a reliable and friendly Night Cashier to join our team in Countryside this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. As a key point of contact for our customers your professionalism and attentiveness will help create a positive experience for everyone who visits our dealership. This job will be afternoon and evening hours during the week. Saturday is a possibility during vacations or when other employees are on leave.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale system
• Handle cash credit and check payments with integrity and attention to detail
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues promptly
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
• Answer phone calls and set appointments for service department
• Filing of Accounting documents on a needed basis weekly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
