Cashier

The cashier/greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership and the last point of contact as they complete their transactions. This role creates a warm and professional welcome assists with general inquiries processes payments for service and parts and directs customers to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate is friendly organized and customer-service oriented able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers with a warm professional attitude
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or team member
• Process service and parts payments via cash check or credit card
• Balance the cash drawer and issue accurate receipts
• Answer incoming calls and transfer them as needed
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
• Support appointment check-ins and verify customer info
• Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing scanning etc.)
• Provide updates to waiting customers when appropriate
• Help with dealership events or customer appreciation efforts

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service or cashiering experience preferred
• Comfortable with computers and POS systems
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual a plus
• Valid drivers license may be required for occasional errands

• Front desk/showroom environment with frequent customer interaction
• Standing walking and light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
• Regular use of phones computers and office equipment
• Must be able to speak clearly listen attentively and work in a fast-paced setting
