PLAINTIFFS PERSONAL INJURY law firm is looking for a full-time Experienced Case Manager / Settlement Negotiator who could oversee and negotiate bodily injury claims for Plaintiffs side claims. Ideal candidate is someone with previous experience handling and examining bodily injury claims for Auto Insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Investigation
- Liability Analysis
- Review and Evaluate Medical Documentation
- Medical Damages / Bodily Injury Assessment
- Evaluate Claim Value
- Review Demand Packages
- Negotiate Settlement of Bodily Injury Claims with attorneys aid and directions
- Negotiate attorney liens with other firms
- 5 Years minimum experience with Plaintiffs bodily injury claims
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills
- Detailoriented organized and a team player
- Friendly attitude / works well with others
- Spanish Speaking is required
- Tech Savvy and comfortable working in a paperless environment
- Good with numbers basic math and meticulous
- Time management and attention to detail is important.
- Possess exceptional organization skills as well as effective oral and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: 1 years of personal injury case management experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and client service skills Experience requesting and reviewing medical records and bills Familiarity with personal injury case management software is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong attention to detail
