- Coordinate services for children in residential care.
- Collaborate with county state and other social workers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide case management services including referrals intake ongoing case coordination and discharge planning.
- Support children and families throughout the treatment process.
- Advocate for the best interests of the children we serve.
