Case Manager Medication Assisted Treatment

Location: Waycross GA Closing date: open until filledHourly Rate: $21.63Job Description: Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services. Anticipated Schedule: Will work Monday-Thursday 7 AM 6 : Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and interventions as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crisis intervention Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma and 3 years social services experience bachelors degree in helping field (psychology sociology etc.) preferred. Case management experience is a plus. Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must have a valid in-state drivers license and have a driving record with no more than 6 points. Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed resilience-oriented care or lived experience in recovery is preferred.
