Job Summary

For over 125 years Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has been providing quality social services to the neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens and currently offers 160-plus programs and services for children youth adults seniors and those struggling with mental OF THE JOBThe Case Manager I is responsible to assist in the development and implementation of all aspects of the Program including program/site compliance with the agency regulatory agencies in regard to programming safety program and community relations. The agency has embraced the concept of a fully integrated system of care for all consumers of service. This requires that all Agency staff assess the clients needs holistically and see it as their responsibility to connect the client with services need internal or external to the agency regardless of the door through which the consumer enters the and coordinate the participants but not limited to the development and implementation of all aspects of the Program in accordance with the program goals and work scope; maintain targeted enrollment; monitor and address participant regulatory compliance with the funder and other entities as prepare and maintain needed materials for daily the program and agency professionally at all times in the school community at agency and public forums.
