Job Summary

Essential functions of this position include:
- Organize maintain and distribute large volumes of medical records discovery materials exhibits document productions and other case-related materials for attorney and paralegal review.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of materials for depositions hearings and trial preparation.
- Monitor case activity and assist with identifying upcoming deadlines hearings depositions and other important dates.
- Update case status information internal tracking reports and case lists as needed.
- Provide backup support to other members of the litigation team as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with electronic legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple plaintiffs and matters simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Familiarity with maintaining and organizing electronic case files.
- Experience preparing case materials document summaries chronologies and other litigation support materials.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and legal case/document management systems.
- Experience working collaboratively with attorneys paralegals case assistants records personnel and other administrative staff.
This position is hybrid with flexibility on in-office days. The work schedule is Monday Friday 7am 3pm PST.
