Case Analyst

The Role:The Case Analyst supports expert-led projects by managing case workflows coordinating resources and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the case lifecycle. This role ensures smooth operations from case intake through case completion and serves as a key liaison between internal teams external partners and is a hybrid role based in Santa Ana CA requiring a mix of on-site and remote : This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a pay range of $26.00 $28.00 per This Role You Will:Assist experts in maintaining project workflow from case intake to completion by:Determining case eligibility and project scopePlanning for case needsCreating and monitoring project schedules to manage deadlinesCoordinating and monitoring the receipt of records and the provision of servicesInitiating records requests and searchesDisseminating information between the experts and the clientsTracking case progressMaintain project records by documenting events and completion statusWork with experts to handle project issues as they ariseInteract with parties inside and outside the organizationProvide case status and case information in response to requests verbally and in writingImprove workflow by analyzing outcomes; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to managementEnhance the organizations reputation by providing high quality services to clientsPerform additional duties as assignedWhat You Bring:2 years of experience in a professional work environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate degree preferredStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative documentation systemsSelf-motivated with attention to detail and accuracyWho We Are:YA Group is an international professional services organization providing forensic consulting engineering risk mitigation and related services.
