Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable hardworking and adaptable Carpenters Helper to join our fast-paced this role you will work alongside experienced craftsmen supporting daily custom woodworking and installation projects. We are looking for someone with high-performance grit who is eager to learn takes direction well and thrives in a hands-on team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Include
  • Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks prep work assembly and site cleanup.
  • Safely lift carry and maneuver heavy furniture pieces and material components throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment.
  • Follow precise directions and safety guidelines while learning trade-specific techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily project goals are met efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Punctuality: Strict 5:00 AM start timereliability is non-negotiable.
  • Availability: Flexible end time typically working 8.5 to 9.5 hours daily (MondayFriday).
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of constantly lifting heavy pieces throughout the day.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to ensure consistent and timely attendance.
  • Mindset: Adaptable moldable and eager to learn new skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong teamwork drive and clear effective communication skills.
  • Experience: A background in furniture or woodworking is preferred but not required.
