Carpenter – Metal Framing & Interior Finishing

We partner with top developers and general contractors who count on us for quality work schedule reliability and a crew that takes pride in what it builds. As we grow our finish carpentry and framing capabilities were looking for skilled carpenters to grow with us.

• Lay out and install light-gauge metal framing the core of the role including metal stud partitions walls soffits bulkheads ceilings and architecturally complex layouts
• Frame structural and non-structural assemblies to spec maintaining dimensional accuracy and plumb/level tolerances
• Hang drywall and assist with close-in to keep interior scopes on schedule
• Perform finish carpentry as needed: install doors frames trim and hardware
• Read and work from blueprints shop drawings and field measurements
• Coordinate with field supervisors and other trades (MEP ceilings drywall) to maintain sequencing and quality
• Operate metal-cutting tools screw guns and layout equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards

• 2 years of metal stud framing experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong working knowledge of light-gauge metal framing methods layout and assemblies
• Proficiency with metal-cutting tools screw guns and standard hand and power tools of the trade
• Ability to read construction drawings and take accurate measurements
• Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding/lifts
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites across the region
• Strong work ethic attention to detail and a team-first attitude
• Drywall and finish carpentry experience a plus
• OSHA 10/30 a plus (we can support certification)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
