WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

Schedule: This position is based in Cape Cod MA with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The schedule primarily includes day shifts Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed.

Position Overview:

As a full- or part-time General Laborer - Carpenter you will contribute to a variety of carpentry projects essential to our operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing rot repair and reshaping shingles
• Installing flooring and completing minor interior projects
• Assisting in preparing spaces to ensure painters can complete their work to the highest standard

Your work will directly support our mission to deliver exceptional results to every customer.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3 years of carpentry experience required or a related field
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
