About the Role

Rogall Co. is hiring an experienced Carpenter Crew Lead to lead field operations across residential projects on Californias Central Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role youll manage a crew of carpenters and apprentices uphold quality standards and be the point of contact between the job site and the client.

What Youll Do

Field Leadership

• Direct daily carpentry operations on residential job sites ensuring work meets quality safety and timeline standards
• Assign tasks to crew members and apprentices keeping projects moving efficiently

Carpentry & Craftsmanship

• Perform and oversee complex carpentry work: framing trim door and window installation and custom finish work
• Maintain tools and equipment; enforce safety protocols on every site

Team Development

• Train and mentor carpenters and apprentices; provide real-time feedback and guidance
• Hold the crew accountable to site standards attendance expectations and safety compliance

Site Management

• Keep job sites clean organized and fully stocked
• Conduct inventory checks and coordinate material orders to prevent delays

Client Relations

• Address client questions professionally while on-site
• Lead final walk-throughs confirm completed work and secure sign-off

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in residential carpentry (framing trim doors/windows finish work)
• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience construction painting roofing or similar trades
• Strong communication skills with clients and crews
• Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment
• Solid knowledge of job site safety protocols

Preferred

• OSHA 10 certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
