Areas of ResponsibilityApproach all encounters with residents and associates in a friendly service-oriented residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting changing of bed linens positioning transfer mobility medicinal reminders and incontinence proper records of care including a resident service plan and documenting services familiar with resident service plan and document all service provided. Work closely and maintain daily communications with the Resident Services associates so that a continuity of care and services is maintained for the residents. Promote a safe environment for residents associates and the programming and operations of the job duties assigned see full job QualificationsMust be a minimum of 18 years of age. High school diploma or one (1) year related health care experience any Community with an Ensemble Program applicant must successfully complete required dementia have a positive Criminal Background Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace QualificationsCertification in CPR and first aid preferred or as required by the be a Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) depending on the state requirements if licensed or certified must be in good standing with the state licensing or certifying experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus.
