About the Role:
We are looking for Caregivers (CNA HHA PCA RA or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether youre experienced or newly certified if you have a heart for seniors we want to meet you!
Youll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
Available Shifts: 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am
What Youll Do:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers within the facility
- Help with medication administration (training provided)
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal assistance
- Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred but not required
- Ability to pass medications (well train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A team player with excellent communication empathy and reliability
All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
