$18.00$20.00 per hour Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are actively hiring compassionate dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care for clients throughout the Northwest suburbs including Schaumburg Hoffman Estates Palatine Rolling Meadows Elk Grove Village Des Plaines and Park Ridge.

Please note: This position may be posted in one of the communities we serve but client assignments are not limited to that location. Caregivers must be willing to travel and work throughout our service area based on client needs availability and scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver you will provide personalized support based on each clients individual needs including:

Assisting with personal care including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene
Providing companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Supporting mobility transfers and daily routines
Providing medication reminders
Following individualized care plans and documenting care provided
Communicating effectively with clients families and office staff

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (home care CNA HHA or facility setting preferred)
Reliable transportation with a valid Drivers License and current auto insurance
Compassionate patient and professional demeanor
Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and perform light physical duties
Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
