Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Workers in Howell MI. As a Caregiver Worker you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure clients safety and well-being at all times.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors and healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate reliable and patient personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients families and team members.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour paid twice a month.
