Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Workers in Chelsea this role you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Help with medication reminders and adherence as directed.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs when necessary.
• Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of caregiving and home care techniques Is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if needed.
