What Youll Do
As a Home Care Aide youll help clients remain safe comfortable and independent in their own homes by:
- Assisting with bathing grooming dressing transfers and mobility
- Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing medication reminders and observing changes in a clients condition
- Offering companionship conversation and encouragement throughout the day
- Documenting care provided and communicating important updates to the care team
What Were Looking For
- Completion of a Home Care Aide (HCA) program or equivalent training and willing to obtain HCA
- At least six months of caregiving home health hospice or facility experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong communication skills and comfort using electronic care notes
- Dependability professionalism and a genuine desire to help others

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
