Job Summary
The Caregiver Coordinator supports caregivers by managing onboarding training compliance retention and communication to ensure high-quality care and caregiver satisfaction. This is primarily an office-based position with occasional field responsibilities to support caregivers clients and operations.

- Office-based role with occasional field interaction and community engagement
- Serve as the main contact for caregivers and provide ongoing support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and address caregiver concerns.
- Coordinate caregiver recognition programs birthdays and appreciation efforts.
- Monitor attendance reliability and performance.
- Coordinate caregiver orientation and onboarding.
- Deliver both orientation and Skills training
- Ensure all paperwork signatures and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Track required training certifications and Relias assignments.
- Maintain accurate caregiver records in WellSky.
Maintain updated records for:
- Background checks
- Annual reviews and supervision
- Training and dementia certifications
- CNA licenses drivers licenses insurance and First Aid certifications
- Healthcare declarations and competency tests
- Identification Social Security and work authorization documents
- Assist with caregiver-client matching.
- Communicate regularly with the Scheduling Manager.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage needs.
- Participate in on-call duties once per month including evenings and weekends as assigned.
- Help cover shifts if needed
- Act as a liaison between caregivers clients and families.
- Partner with HR and leadership on caregiver retention and development strategies.
- Previous experience in home care healthcare staffing or CNA is a must
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills.
- Experience with WellSky and Care Academy preferred.
- Detail-oriented compassionate and professional.
