What Does a Day in the Life of a Caregiver Look Like

As a caregiver youll provide support and companionship to clients in their homes by:

• Building meaningful relationships through friendly and engaging conversations
• Participating in clients favorite activities and hobbies such as gardening scrapbooking games and more
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Assisting with walking dressing personal care and other activities of daily living
• Documenting completed activities and reporting updates regarding clients physical condition mental well-being and overall behavior

Requirements:Caregivers must provide proof of a current tuberculosis (TB) test (completed within the past two years) and a valid CPR certification before working with clients.
