Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care (bathing grooming dressing)
• Assist with mobility and transfers safe ambulation
• Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
• Light housekeeping meal prep and grocery assistance
• Companionship and engagement in client activities
• Document care and communicate with supervisors and family as needed
• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming meals)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping errands and medication reminders
• Promote independence and dignity in every interaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience a plus we also welcome new caregivers who are eager to learn
• Reliable compassionate and patient temperament
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if required for client visits)
• Home Health Aide/CNA certification a plus (training provided)
• Passion for caring for others
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (not required we train!)
• Clear background check and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude good communication skills and a caring heart
