Caregiver

Griswold Home Care Central Contra Costa is currently seeking a compassionate dependable Caregiver to support a client in Richmond CA. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a caregiver who is available to start Tuesday September 8.

Compensation: $25$30 per hour

We are looking for a reliable Caregiver who can provide consistent compassionate support to a client in Richmond.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 10:00 AM1:00 PM
• 15 hours per week
• Start date: Tuesday September 8

There may be an opportunity for additional hours in the future based on client needs and strong performance.

As a Caregiver you will provide non-medical support and companionship while helping the client remain comfortable safe and as independent as possible at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with meal preparation
• Supporting personal care and daily activities
• Following the clients care plan and safety protocols
• Helping maintain a clean and comfortable environment
• Providing dependable and respectful care throughout each shift
• Communicating with the office regarding client needs and updates

We are looking for a Caregiver who is:

• Compassionate patient and dependable
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional and respectful
• Comfortable providing companionship and personal care
• Experienced with meal preparation and daily living support
• Able to follow care instructions and safety procedures
• Available for the scheduled weekday hours

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
• Active TB test
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with companionship meal preparation and personal care
• Ability to reliably travel to the Richmond client location
