We are currently looking for compassionate driven individuals to join our team in Central Oregon to provide essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly in our clients homes.

Compensation & Benefits:

The Caregiver role pays between $20 - $22 per hour and paid biweekly. As part of the Almost Family Team you will enjoy a variety of benefits including paid time off healthcare benefits development opportunities paid training and additional voluntary benefits!

Your Meaningful Impact (Responsibilities):

Empowering Independence: Assist our clients with their daily routines including gentle help with bathing grooming dressing and preparing nutritious home-cooked meals.

Attentive Advocacy: Keep a caring eye on our clients well-being documenting their progress and ensuring their health needs are always a top priority.

Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm safe and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.

Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations

Home Comforts: Lend a hand with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.

Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands helping them stay connected to their community.

What You Bring to the Family (Requirements)

High School Diploma or equivalent

A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Valid drivers license and auto insurance

Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
