POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide personal care assistance and support with daily activities
Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction
Assist with mobility transfers and walking assistance
Prepare meals and help with light household tasks
Provide medication reminders
Accompany clients to appointments and errands when needed
Observe and report changes in client condition
Promote a safe comfortable and independent living environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Compassionate and dependable with a positive attitude
2 Yrs of caregiving experience is required
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Experience using gait belts and Hoyer lifts is a plus
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
