As a Home Health Aide youll provide personalized non-medical care that empowers seniors to maintain their independence while enhancing their quality of life.

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility
• Planning and preparing nutritious well-balanced meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry dishwashing and general tidying to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Transporting clients to appointments errands and community outings as needed
• Providing companionship meaningful conversation and emotional encouragement
• Encouraging participation in daily routines and engaging activities that promote independence and well-being
• Observing monitoring and communicating any noticeable changes in a clients condition

Were seeking caregivers who lead with kindness professionalism and a genuine passion for helping others.

• Compassionate dependable and professional demeanor
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
