Caregiver On Call

Location: CountryHouse Cedar Rapids IA
Schedule: On-Call Minimum of two 8-hour shifts per month

• Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing bathing grooming and meals.
• Monitor residents well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection independence and joy.
• Work closely with families and fellow team members to provide personalized compassionate care.
• Uphold safety dignity and respect in everything you do.

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving seniors.
• The ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team.
• Strong communication skills with patience compassion and empathy.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plusbut not required. We provide training!
