Freedom Home Care is seeking a dependable compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client in the Northfield MN area.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent daytime hours Monday through Friday with no weekends.

MondayFriday
8:00 AM2:00 PM
30 hours per week

Pay: $18.00$21.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

As a caregiver youll help your client remain safe comfortable and independent in their own home. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
• Assisting with mobility transfers and safety needs
• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding as needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing medication reminders
• Completing accurate care documentation
• Observing and reporting changes in the clients condition
• Following the clients individualized care plan

Were looking for someone who is dependable compassionate professional and committed to providing quality care.

• Previous professional caregiving or healthcare experience required
• CNA assisted living nursing home group home home care or similar experience preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to commit to the MondayFriday 8 AM2 PM schedule
