Assist clients with bathing dressing grooming and personal care
Provide companionship and social engagement
Support mobility transfers and safe ambulation
Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
Offer medication reminders as directed
Accompany clients to appointments and community outings
Observe and report changes in client condition
Help clients maintain their daily routines and independence

Caring dependable and professional attitude
Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Experience with gait belts transfers and Hoyer lifts is beneficial
Must pass a background check and drug screening
