Youll receive paid training support with state requirements and a team that is committed to helping you grow from day one.

• Hands-on paid training to get you started with confidence

• Guidance through California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration

• Direct support from a care manager and team mentor

• Flexible schedules to help you build experience while balancing your life

• Work across San Diego County with a variety of shifts and client types

• Supportive team culture that values learning growth and compassion

• $17.50/hour starting rate for new caregivers

• $21$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Paid sick time

• Health dental life and vision insurance (after 90 days includes Kaiser Blue Shield and Mediexcel)

• Client matching and shadowing opportunities

• Ongoing training and development

• Mentorship and support as you gain confidence

• Willingness to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA)

  • Well help you through the process

• Negative TB test within the past 2 years (or willingness to complete one)

• Basic English communication skills

• Ability to travel to client homes throughout San Diego County

• Comfort using a smartphone for basic communication and care documentation
