As aCaregiverat The Pines of Richfieldyoull assist residents with daily living activities provide companionship and ensure they receive the highest level of care. We are seeking a compassionate dependable Caregiver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Position Type:On-Call
Wage Range: $19.12 - $23.31 / hour based on experience
Shifts Available:
Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Location: 400 West 67th Street Richfield MN 55423
Caregiver (CNA HHA or PCA) Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing grooming dressing and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Document care provided in a computerized charting system.
- Observe and report changes in residents physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred but not required!
- Med Passing strongly preferred!
- Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion.
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
