As an In Home Caregiver you will deliver essential assistance with Activities of Daily Living while fostering independence and comfort for those in need. Responsibilities

• Assist clients withdaily living activitiessuch asbathingdressinggrooming andmobilityto enhance comfort and independence
• Providecompanionshipand emotional support to fostersocial engagementand reduce feelings of isolation
• Medication remindersaccording to care plans and document all care provided with attention to detail
• Monitor clients health status report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members
• Support clients withlight housekeeping tasksmeal preparation andtransportationto appointments or errands
• Follow established care protocols while maintaining asafe environmentfor clients at all times

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States must be able to Read Write andSpeak English and have clear andstrong communication skills
• Must pass acriminal background check(Federal State/CBI Local DMV CAPS DORA OIG)
• Must pass adrug panelincluding activemarijuanause
• Must be willing to comply with state required seasonal flu vaccinations
• Reliable transportation and willingness to providetransportationfor client inpersonal vehicle
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and assisting clients withmobilityneeds safely
• Must be able to stoop or bend repeatedly carry bundles and assist clients with transfers and general mobility/stability.
• Prior experienceworking as an In Home Caregiver or in related settings such as geriatrics post-acute care or outpatient clinics is highly preferred
• Experience withdementiaclients and their unique needs is highly preferred
