Primary Responsibilities

As a Care Professional you will provide high-quality non-medical personal care services and contribute to a positive living environment for clients. Responsibilities include:

• Companionship & Personal Care:
  • Providing companionship and conversation
  • Assisting with bathing grooming toileting and incontinence issues
  • Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
• Household Support:
  • Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting vacuuming changing linens etc.)
  • Washing and ironing laundry
• Health & Logistics:
  • Providing medication and appointment reminders
  • Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Providing specialized care including Advanced Alzheimers/Dementia and Hospice care
• Reporting:
  • Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in a clients needs
  • Maintaining regular communication with your supervisor and the office staff

• Personal:Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
• Legal:
  • Possess a valid drivers license
  • Possess valid auto insurance
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Physical:
  • Ability to lift push or pull 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend twist stoop kneel and reach
  • Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
