As a Caregiver youll provide personalized support and assistance with activities of daily living while helping residents maintain their independence dignity and quality of life. • Provide compassionate high-quality care and assistance with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and personal hygiene.

• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide individualized support based on each residents needs.

• Assist residents during meals while following dietary restrictions food allergies and personal preferences.

• Promote residents comfort safety independence and overall well-being.

• Observe and report changes in residents physical emotional or cognitive condition.

• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Build positive relationships with residents families and fellow team members.

• Follow all community policies safety procedures and state regulations.

• Driving residents to Church medical appointments etc.

• A genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for residents and teammates.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

• Ability to safely lift transfer and assist residents as needed.

• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).

• Current CPR and First Aid certification (required).

• Clean motor vehicle record.

• Must meet all applicable state and community employment requirements.
