POSITION DESCRIPTION

Huron Valley Schools is seeking an enthusiastic positive and effective Career Tech/Business Education teacher. Looking for a collaborative and an effective communicator both verbal and written.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a valid Michigan Secondary Teaching Certificate
• CTE - Vocational Endorsement (VA) or (VB)
• Business Education (GX) or (GQ)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To effectively provide instruction to students
• To effectively communicate in writing and verbally with students staff and families
• To progress monitor student growth to then report data and provide grades
• To be engaged while attending building and department meetings
• To be a learner of your content and other school related topics as to benefit students

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelors or higher.

LANGUAGE MATHEMATICAL AND REASONING SKILLS:Ability to speak and write to apply mathematical concepts to practical to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral format and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
